We as a practice, have met up with our Patient Participation Group 30.10.2014 (14 Members in the PPG ) to discuss the issues  important to our registered patients. We have taken feedback from face to face discussions from patients generally, our webiste , NHS Choice website, comments, complaints, patient satisfaction questionairre and this feedback was discussed with our Patient Participation Group at the meeting. At this meeting feedback was given re the last year's actions and outcomes and an Action Plan was discussed and created with their help and agreement in light of the collated feedback for 14 /15.  Please see attached report above for further details regarding agreed actions and actions implemented for last and this year. 

 

WE WOULD LIKE TO SAY A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO OUR PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP AGAIN FOR THEIR TIRELESS SUPPORT IN HELPING THE PRACTICE SHARE IDEAS, GAIN VIEWS AND TO COME UP WITH SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE WE PROVIDE TO OUR AND THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITY .
