Configure Appointment Details

There are several ways to book, cancel, and manage GP appointments online:

NHS App

 The easiest way is through the NHS App. This is a free app which you can download from your phone’s app store (Android and Apple devices).

If you have not logged in before, you will be asked to create a new account, which you will need your NHS number for. You can find your NHS number here: Find your NHS number - NHS (www.nhs.uk).

Once your account has been setup, you will be able to make appointments as well as manage your repeat prescriptions through the app without the need to contact the practice.

NHS App

Accurx

Accurx allows you to contact the practice for non-medical or admin enquiries without the need to call reception.
 
Using this system you can request:

  • Doctor letters (including private, insurance, educational letters etc.)

  • Fit notes (also known as sick notes)

  • Referral follow-up

  • Test results
