COVID-19 Travel Advice

It is not our policy to issue COVID-19 certificates for international travel purposes, this includes 'fit to fly' letters for COVID-19.

Travel advice is changing very rapidly, therefore it is recommended that you check the government website as it gives the most up to date information on what you will need to do when planning to travel abroad. face covering
14th Sep 2021

Please continue to wear a face covering when in the practice

Although the government guidelines have changed, it is our priority to ensure that patients, visitors and our staff are kept healthy and safe during their time in the practice. We therefore ask that all those in the  practice continue to wear a face covering; and for it to be covering both the mouth and nose. We understand some exemptions apply, if this is appliciable, please speak to the reception team.

Thank you in advance for your consideration and cooperation.
